This Conservation Action Team (CAT) group provides spatial information relevant to the Cays and Isles of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

There are over 750 offshore cays in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands with ecological, cultural, historical, recreational, and economic values for the region. The Cay Systems CAT aims to develop a landscape conservation design (LCD) for the network of offshore cay systems in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands with participation from the British Virgin Islands.
